How It Works

At intake, staff use the Property Scanner to digitally record every item belonging to the prisoner, capturing photo evidence and assigning each item a unique identifier. Records are immediately linked to the individual's profile within the platform.

Throughout the prisoner's time in the facility, every movement, transfer or storage change is tracked in real time. At release or transfer, staff have a complete, verified inventory ensuring all property is accounted for and disputes are avoided.
